Affiliate Program Management

We sell innovative water filtration products, I'm looking for a US based company or individual to help me manage/grow my affiliate program for a few months, and if this goes well, we can discuss working together further.

Want to hire an individual to manage my affiliate program of 75 affiliates have signed up but are simply many are not active.

I need someone who:

1). Can devise an effective and clear cut success strategy and knows how to motivate affiliates.

2). Has experience in developing/managing affiliate programs.

3). Gets really >Involved< and Passionate with what they do.

4). Treats the project as they would their own.

5). Has proven results and track record with affiliate programs.

6). Is honest, trustworthy and reliable.
