- Possess some skill in Telecommunication and in IP telephony, nevertheless, training will be provided.
-Preferably having 2 years relevant experience in the role of customer services or sales. (applicants without prior experience are welcome to apply).
-Comfortable in handling calls, face to face meet up, chat and emails.
-Can perform sales related task such as sales meetup, sales follow up and sales presentation of the cloud phone (Incentive shall be provided).
-Customer service oriented and problem solver.
-With the above subject role defined, candidate must be to certain degree proficient in using office application such as Microsoft office, ZENDESK, ASANA, SLACK, GITLAB as example, and for those who have such experience is a plus.
- Fluent in the English Language All other language would be a plus.
*Job Responsibilities And Duty
Client engagement officer must consider the following skills and equipped themselves with this skill required below.
Provide the necessary information and deliver good and clear explanation to engineer, contractors and staff in the operation.
Provide 1st level technical support for clients during office time and after office hour.
Provide onsite support to solve issues with the support of back end.
Provide onsite assessment on customer system and sales presentation at times.
Provide onsite assistance to installation of phone when required, such physical job is rare but when the time is required, one may need to assist installation.
Continue to create constructive communication and able to handle complaints effectively.
Assist with coordination on project matters and support (e.g. installations, maintenance, setups, etc.)
Assist in providing administration such as arranging delivery, managing delivery orders, taking simple inventory and updating inventory when the need arise.
As Customer Service is a job to support customer and must always assist them on the use of services which they have subscribed, that is to put in a non-exhaustive manner such obligation as per the following duty below.
- Assist clients on signing up and managing their Nautilus phone service and application though standard setup and configuration, training will be provided.
- Provide sales and customer service support on the range of products and services available in Nautilus.
- Assists each client to identify their usage of services by mean of different channels relevant to the service provided
- Is responsible for accurately recording service delivery using customer relations management
- Work with the team members and clients to provide solution in sales and technical matters. Most importantly establish a good relationship.
- Facilitates information sharing with client and channel partner through best practices and procedures.
