Sales Process & System: * Lead to closure process * Follow-up system * Customer handling framework 5. Reporting & Dashboard: * Daily/weekly/monthly reporting formats * Owner-level dashboard for tracking performance 6. Performance Management: * Performance review system * Team evaluation method 7. Training System: * New staff onboarding training * Monthly sales training program * Customer dealing & closing training 8. Marketing Strategy: * Basic marketing plan for lead generation * Online + offline strategy 9.
