Project Title  Email Marketer & Sales Pipeline Specialist (Front & Mid-Funnel) – Ongoing Role Project Description  We are an agency looking to hire one dedicated specialist for one of our clients. You will work as an outsourced resource (through us) but be closely connected with the client’s team. Your primary responsibilities will be: - Front- and mid-funnel sales pipeline management - Email marketing strategy and execution - Coordinating with the client on leads, follow-ups, and reporting Responsibilities  - Build and manage the front and middle stages of the sales pipeline (prospecting, nurturing, follow-up). - Plan and execute email campaigns: cold outreach, nurture sequences, and re-engagement. - Write and optimize email copy for opens, clicks, and replies. - Segment and maintain prospect lists (using CRM / spreadsheets / tools). - Track KPIs (open rate, reply rate, booked calls, converted deals) and report results regularly. - Work closely with the client to refine messaging and ideal customer profile. Requirements  - Proven experience in email marketing and B2B sales pipeline management. - Hands-on experience with email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar) and at least one CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.). - Strong written English and ability to craft persuasive sales emails. - Experience managing front and mid-funnel activities (lead generation, qualification, and nurturing). - Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of targets. Nice to Have  - Experience working with agencies or as an outsourced sales/marketing resource. - Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach tools. Engagement Details  - Start: Immediate. - Type: Ongoing, part-time to full-time (discuss during interview). - Payment: Monthly retainer or hourly (please include your preferred rate and availability).
