Project Overview We are building a multi-tenant SaaS platform for structured workflow management, task orchestration, and auditable system activity across organizations. This is a system-level application, not a simple CRUD tool or marketing website. It involves strict data isolation between organizations, real-time updates, and compliance-aware architecture. The platform includes: Multi-tenant architecture with secure org-level data isolation Role-based access control and workflow ownership rules Immutable audit logging of system activity (user actions, reads, and file access) Real-time task, message, and notification updates Secure file storage with signed access controls Complex workflow engine (task lifecycle, escalation, and state transitions) Cross-platform delivery (web application with future desktop/mobile support) We are prioritizing strong system design, security thinking, and scalable architecture, not just UI development.
