The hard part isn't generating links or QR codes, it's making sure a transaction never gets marked SUCCESS off a browser redirect or processed twice when the PSP resends a webhook. That means idempotency keys on every write, signature checks on every callback, a reconciliation job that polls the PSP for anything stuck in PENDING, and an audit trail. I've spent 8 years building and integrating REST APIs and webhooks in Node.js, TypeScript and Python on PostgreSQL, Redis and Docker, and I also do web application penetration testing and OWASP Top 10 audits, so rate limiting, API key handling and secret management get built in from the start, not bolted on. I haven't integrated a UPI PSP before, so I'd learn your partner's API from their docs, but the mandate lifecycle is a state machine plus a queue, and that part I know well. Which PSP are you approved with, and does it offer a sandbox with mandate and webhook simulation? I'd build against that from day one. Thamer
