I need a Roblox Developer and Builder

Hi, my friend and I are looking at creating a university based game on Roblox, it would be role play style, we would want buildings such as; university, dorms, day care, neighborhood with houses and apartments, jobs, cafes, and a grocery store, car shop, and other buildings to help our city come to life. For jobs we are thinking of retail jobs such as cashiers and food workers, as well as some job within the daycare with taking care of npcs We were interested in implementing a family based role-play system where you can have marriages and npc children with other players. (marry other players, npc children)... We want to include rent and a simplified version of mortgages for the houses and apartments.. we also want to include jobs such as teachers, we want to put a limit on the amount of teachers that can be active at a time... There should be stats such as hunger bars, sleep levels, and other various needs.... similar to bloxburg... we want an ability to drop off/ leave off baby at home or day care as well as switch off taking care of with your partner in the game We want a cop role where we have them manage traffic and other affairs, though we want a rule that too many innocent deaths mean they are punished.. like possibly having permissions revoked.. we also want to make sure there is a rule where you have to be financially able to support a kid.. such as having x amount of money to raise one. We want to have classes with minigames for each class where the success of the game determines your grade...(similar to Royale High) we also want to include teacher as a payed job. we also want a log in bonus.. btw we want to ensure all the chairs and beds are functional we want to make jobs such as cop and principal roles you can only receive with a gamepass. we want to make the game as realistic as possible. We want to have a money system where you can buy food and items for your house, you need an engagement ring to get married, we want to have gamepasses that cost robux, such as cool cars, to be principal, cop, and to get more money by paying robux.
