Require experienced architect/draftman who can assist me with minor updates and modifying existing CAD and Revit architectural drawings for a commercial project. Additional skills in MEP design modification will also be helpful. Will require 3D external render work on completion of facade updates. Deliverables • Updated AutoCAD and Revit files reflecting interior, façade, and structural changes in clean layered editable format. Provide pdf file output as well • 3D exterior render (daytime, natural lighting) ready for presentation Please share your experience, portfolio, credentials and fee proposal.
