Structural Design Consultation Needed

I need a licensed civil engineer who can take full responsibility for the structural design phase of my upcoming build. At this stage the architectural concept is drafted and I now require signed‐off calculations, detailed structural drawings, and material specifications that will satisfy local code requirements and the permitting office. Scope • Analyse the architectural plans and confirm any missing load data • Produce structural calculations (wind, seismic, live/dead loads, etc.) • Draft clear, construction-ready structural drawings in CAD/Revit (PDF + native files) • Provide a concise design report summarising assumptions, codes referenced, and safety factors • Remain available for one round of clarifications from the city or my GC I have not fixed the final building use yet, so please indicate your experience across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects; I will share the final drawings once we start. Acceptance Criteria • Calculations stamped (where applicable) • Drawings comply with the referenced code and match architectural intent • All files delivered in the agreed formats and within the timeline we set together If this aligns with your expertise, outline your approach, estimated turnaround, and any similar projects you have completed.
