Skilled Structural Engineer Needed

I’m ready to move a small-scale building project from concept to permit approval and need a licensed structural engineer to take charge of the structural side. Once we begin I’ll send over the current architectural PDFs and CAD files; your first task will be to confirm that everything you need for a complete analysis is present and flag any gaps early so we stay on schedule. What I’m looking for is a full set of structural calculations and drawings—foundation, framing, roof, plus any necessary connection details—prepared in your preferred software (STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000, Robot, Revit, or similar) and delivered both in CAD and print-ready PDF. The final package must be ready for submission to the local building department, complete with your professional stamp and a concise design summary that inspectors can follow without hesitation. Deliverables • Structural analysis with clearly stated loads and design criteria • Stamped drawings and schedules (foundation, floor, roof, details) in CAD + PDF • Short design report outlining assumptions, codes, and calculations I’d like the first draft within two weeks, followed by a quick turnaround on any authority-requested revisions.
