I am developing a new restaurant and need an architect to translate my vision into a fully-fledged design package. The overall mood should feel authentically rustic—think natural textures, exposed timbers, and an inviting, down-to-earth character—while staying within a calming neutral palette of beige, white, and gray. What I need from you: • A cohesive concept board that captures the rustic theme with neutral tones • Scaled floor plans and ceiling plans ready for contractor use • 3D interior and exterior renderings that clearly convey materials, lighting, and ambience • A finishes schedule specifying wood species, stone, metals, and complementary neutral paint codes • Construction-ready elevations and key details for joinery, bar, and façade elements Please include any restaurant projects you have already completed, your preferred software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and an estimated timeline for each stage—from initial concept through to final construction documents.
