Rectangular Apartment Floor Plan

I'm creating a detailed floor plan for a rectangular apartment and need an experienced architectural draftsman to translate my written brief into a clear, to-scale drawing. The entrance is centered on one of the long sides, so movement through the apartment should flow naturally from there. Room Layout: • Three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. • Compact study. • Laundry room located immediately off the entryway (this should be the first room after the hallway). • Second walk-in closet adjacent to the same entryway. • Second full bathroom accessible from two additional bedrooms and a guest bathroom. • Open studio-style kitchen flowing seamlessly into the living room. What I need from you: • A floor plan with dimensions (PDF and editable source file – AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) that matches the above layout guidelines. • Door and window locations, wall thicknesses, and key furniture units to illustrate the use of the spaces. • The apartment should be between 150 and 160 sq. m. I'll send you a floor plan. I plan to buy several apartments on the left side of the plan and combine them to achieve the desired layout and area. • A brief legend or key to clarify everything. Please ensure efficient circulation through the spaces, avoid unused hallways, and adhere to all clearance standards. If you work in Revit, even better, but a DWG is also perfectly acceptable.
