I need a crisp, modern front elevation for a small self-study setup. The look has to rely on clean, uninterrupted lines and primarily brick work punctuated by well-proportioned windows, creating a calm yet contemporary façade. Please base the concept on standard architectural conventions: orthographic front view (to scale), a colour or shaded render that shows the brick tone clearly, and a brief note calling out window dimensions and framing so a local builder can follow it without guesswork. The final package should include: • A dimensioned CAD or PDF front elevation • A high-resolution rendered image (JPG or PNG) • A short materials legend specifying brick type, mortar tone and window treatment If you prefer SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, or a similar tool, that’s fine—just supply the native file alongside the PDFs so revisions remain straightforward. Once I receive the files, I’ll review alignment, proportion and material call-outs; prompt fixes on those points will wrap the project.
