Greetings! Although I am new to the "Freelancer platform", I am an accomplished Architect and Interior Designer with over 25 years of experience. I have worked in the US since the beginning of my career as an Architect and am co-owner of companies in USA and India. Over the years I have designed several residential buildings, each of which translates the client's vision for his/her dream abode into reality. Two residential building projects, one in India and the other in the US, are showcased in my Freelancer Portfolio in folders titled 'Residential Design and Drawings'. Each of these buildings are based on modern design themes with clean lines, open plans and optimally oriented large windows to take the advantage of natural lighting. While these two projects had generous building footprint areas to work with, there are some interior projects included in folder "Living Dining Kitchen Interiors' where space constraints had to be addressed with innovative design solutions. Here is my work methodology: 1. First a functional 2D layout with dimensions will be provided for your approval. Time taken- 1 day. 2. Incorporation of 2 rounds of review comments on layout - 2 days 3. First draft of 3D Sketchup exterior model will be done based on the approved layout . Time taken 2 days 4.
