I’m finalising the design phase of an industrial-scale biogas plant and now need a civil/structural engineer who can turn our preliminary design into a full Ready-for-Construction (RFC) package. Your main focus will be the foundation plans for all process equipment and structures; every sheet must satisfy our internal engineering guidelines, which take precedence over generic codes. You will start from our concept layouts (DWG and PDF) and deliver fully detailed plans: accurate dimensions, levels, reinforcement, anchor-bolt schedules, notes and all call-outs required by site crews. Clarity is critical—our construction team should be able to build directly from your drawings without additional queries. Where helpful, feel free to model or verify loads in your preferred analysis tool (STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000, Robot, etc.) before drafting in AutoCAD or Revit. All files—source models, calculation briefs, and editable CAD—must be included at handover. Acceptance criteria: • Drawings align 100 % with our company templates, title blocks and layer standards. • Foundations are sized to the latest load data; any assumptions are highlighted in the calc note. • A senior engineer in our team can stamp the set without redlines. If you have recent experience on industrial foundations or renewable-energy plants, I’d like to see a sample sheet. Let’s agree on milestones for review, revision and final sign-off so the site can break ground on schedule.
