This project covers the complete site, architectural, and structural planning for a residential container home that will be occupied year-round. I already know the primary use is Residential, and the building type is a container-based dwelling, so all drawings and calculations must be tailored to steel shipping containers used as a full-time residence. Scope of work • Site plan: orientation, setbacks, access, utility runs, drainage, and any required grading. • Architectural package: dimensioned floor plans, elevations, sections, window/door schedules, and a simple 3-D massing or model to visualise the container layout. • Structural package: foundation design suitable for containers (slab, piers, or other), connection details between containers, framing modifications for openings, and basic load calculations that satisfy local residential codes. Deliverables should be provided in PDF for review and in an editable CAD format (DWG or equivalent) for future revisions. Please include any code references or assumptions directly on the sheets so permitting is straightforward. A concise timeline and a brief outline of the tools you will use (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) will help me evaluate the proposal.

With 10 years of experience in non-standard machinery and steel structure design, I have long been engaged in the mass production and implementation design of modular products, and can accurately control the whole process details of container houses from structural compliance to production feasibility. I will use AutoCAD to complete the site plan, architectural floor plan, elevation and section with door and window schedules and decoration layer annotations, as well as the structural construction drawings of container connection nodes and foundation anchoring systems including weld grades and anti-corrosion process descriptions. At the same time, I will provide structural load checking calculation sheets to ensure that they meet wind and earthquake resistance requirements. Finally, I will deliver the DWG format source files that can be directly used for factory cutting and PDF version construction blueprints. All designs take into account the requirements of sea transport height limits and road transport dimensions, and can enter the production stage without secondary deepening.
