I have a fresh residential build moving into the design phase and now need a full drawing package ready for permitting and on-site execution. The project is a five-storey structure—ground-level parking plus four living floors—so every sheet must coordinate accurately across disciplines. Here is what I expect to receive: • Floor plans for each level, including the parking podium, at a scale suitable for council submission • Exterior elevations with material call-outs, heights, and datum lines • Structural drawings (foundation, framing, slab and roof details) signed off by a qualified engineer • Sanitary and plumbing layouts showing pipe routes, fixture schedules, and venting • Electrical drawings covering lighting, power, and low-voltage points with load calculations All drawings should be delivered in both editable DWG and print-ready PDF formats, organised by discipline and sheet number. Local building codes must be observed; I will provide any regional standards upon award. You are free to use AutoCAD, Revit, or another BIM platform, as long as the final set is fully coordinated and clash-free. A brief progress review after each discipline is drafted will keep us aligned and allow timely feedback before you proceed to the next stage. The project will be considered complete once the combined set is accepted by my structural engineer and ready for permit submission without further revision.
