Requirements: (Resume Available)
- Knowledge of current resume formats, Application Tracking Systems (ATS) capabilities, and best practices for
developing quality resumes based on each client’s industry/career field. MS Office Formatting Skills
- You should have at least one year of experience in writing professional resumes for the US markets, OR two
years' history Resume/Cover Letter editing and writing professionally
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Ability to create Online Google spreadsheet to keep track of number submitted job applications/work progress
and login information to job portals and resume
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Coachability - you're able to quickly learn from your mistakes and adjust (We meet on zoom once weekly for
debriefing and access progress)
- Dependable and Discrete with confidential information
- Bachelor's or Master's degrees in English, Writing, Journalism, English Education, and similar fields a plus
You will be writing, formatting and/or editing resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile for this client across IT Positions like (Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Scrum Masters, Etc.) editing work experiences so they are effective at marketing the professional, and that each work experience has an appropriate number of bullet points. .
LinkedIn profile optimization, and create other career-related documentation for this client across the US based on your level of experience. For our more experienced writers, you will also have the opportunity to provide personalized career consulting and job search/application assistance; submitting job applications and connecting/liaising with recruiters on LinkedIn, indeed, zip recruiter, Glassdoor, reddit, etc. to get job interviews for client.
NOTE: At intervals, this client will send-in hot jobs links he needs application assistance with, while you work
You should be able to learn quickly, have a high degree of intellectual curiosity, and impeccable editorial skills.
