Web Research: Find Reputable Companies who buy Gift Cards in Bulk

Hello,
This should be a pretty easy project to someone who knows how to search for information on the internet. I would like someone to compile a listing of reputable companies that purchase large amounts of gift cards. The company I work for has a supply of gift cards that they would like to sell for cash on a regular basis.
Many of the companies offering to pay cash for gift cards are mismanaged or even fraudulent. There are some that are legitimate, well run businesses but they pay a low price for the gift cards. I would like someone to research reviews, message boards, alexa traffic and any other data they can find to try to find a high quality, legitimate business that is willing to pay the best rate for the cards I will be selling.
The delivered product of this project is a ranked listing of companies that you believe are the best place for my company to sell a high volume of gift cards. Output can be a standard document file with:
1) The companies name and rank for my needs (determined by your research)
2) Estimated percentage of face value that they will pay for the gift cards (example 90%)
3) Reasons you like and dislike the company for my needs -- try to provide a balanced view of the tradeoffs of dealing with the company.
I only want a listing of the top five or ten contenders and do not want information on companies that do not fit well for my needs.
I would also be interested in hearing any other strategies you may think of for selling the giftcards but this is not a requirement of the project.
I will let you know the type of gift cards my company is going to be selling as well as the amount of giftcards my company is selling when I award the project. Please put the letters gfc in the first line of your response to let me know you read this project.
I hope to award this project in the next few hours if I get a reasonable number of good applicants to choose from. The report (just text, nothing fancy) should be completed in a day or two.
