I am looking for a project manager to run a team of workers who are creating documentation relating to construction work carried out by tradespeople of different types.
The project will require you to categorize different information pertaining to trade installation work into different categories, discerning what information is required and what is not.
This job entails analysis of different types of installations and trade jobs, to find differences and factors in common.
You will also be required to design and revise forms we are creating which gather client site information, so you will oversee writers, programmers and content creators.
You will be responsible for management and quality control of your project area, including the work of about 4 staff members working in our team.
You will be required to keep ahead of the team who are creating 40 items of documentation per day, during 30 days. You will be required to get the job done on time, to budget and with high quality.
Ideally you will be a person who is somewhat familiar with Residential sites or construction, project management, quality control, detail oriented, analytical and yet a person who can see the big picture, and understand our business objective.
