I'm looking for a VA to do us a research within the next 24 hours. Budget: 20€
We are hiring a team of 5 people, and those then people are going to be using Zoom or Google Meet accounts provided by us.
1. Research a setup where we can manage all 5 team members, see their Zoom/Google Meet accounts and their info, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, when they have work calls with customers, we need a solution to automatically save every call to our server (this can mean a normal server, Google Drive, Dropbox).
2. Find out which works for this solution better: Zoom, or Google Meet. If neither, we can also consider other online meeting platforms.
So the main goal is to have a solution where every employee work call is saved to our Drive/Dropbox/server and they cannot turn this setting off.
