Historical researcher w/specialty: Ancient Middle East

Hi there!
I am a journalist/author writing a non fiction book about a historical person from 4300 years ago, set in ancient Sumeria. (Yep, no less.)
I need as much info as I can get my hands on about this person, be it about daily life, customs, clothing, language, the position of women in society, religion, historical events, her poems, art, her impact on different eras and so on.
Yes, she was definitely a famous person, though not so well-known today (but she should be!). I have several collections of her poems and quite a few facts about her political and historical life, but I need to make it much more solid and fleshed-out, if possible.
I imagine that the research work would be done in chunks, and that it would require quite a few emails/phone calls to specialist historians and literature professors around the world.
Hopefully you have done extensive historical research before.
I already have the basic frame work for the book and some qs to start off with, but I will also need some more time along the way to find out what else is missing.
This will probably happen over several months, as I am writing several other books as well, and two of them are due before this one.
I would love for someone to start researching this spring, though, while I finish the two other books, so that I have lots of great info at hand when I am ready to finish this particular project (in the fall).
My personal deadline for the finished manuscript is the 31st of December 2021.
