I need an organised virtual assistant who can own the full life-cycle of my grant applications. The job centres on applying to forms for multiple funders, so experience navigating online portals, interpreting eligibility criteria and meeting tight deadlines is essential. Here’s how I see the work flowing: • Research: identify and shortlist grant opportunities that fit my project profile and timeline. • Drafting: write clear, persuasive proposals customised to each funder’s requirements. • Review & Edit: polish every application for accuracy, tone and compliance before submission. • Submission & Tracking: upload all materials, confirm receipt and keep a simple tracker so I always know status, follow-up dates and next steps. I already have background documents, budgets and past proposals you can repurpose. You just need a solid command of English, strong research skills and confidence working with typical grant portals ([login to view URL], Foundation Directory, local council sites, etc.). Deliverables are considered complete when each targeted grant is (1) researched and approved by me, (2) fully drafted, (3) error-checked, and (4) submitted with confirmation saved.
