Job Description:
I'm interested to find out if it's feasible to open a startup specialising in labelling medical images for future applications of machine learning and AI (supervised learning).
I'm working with a group of clinicians who have many years of experience in image analysis both manual and computer-based in different medical fields.
The goal of the project is a survey based market research:
- Is there a market for such a startup? If yes, who are potential clients (with specific names)?
- Are there 10 companies ready to pay for the labelled data? If yes, how much?
- Do potential clients buy the data or get it from the free sources?
Based on the research I'll decide about my next steps.
We will build a survey and you will need to cold call and contact start-ups who might be interested to see if they actually would buy the product.
Freelancer can use his/her own connections and I like to see the relevant experience.
We need someone who can prepare a list of companies and then call them and try to convince them to answer the survey.
Surveymonkey experience will be appreciated to create the surveys and gather the data.
A clear report will be required for each company.
Timeframes: No specific deadline, but would like to have it done within a month or so.
Budget: Could be flexible for someone who can show previous experience in this field.
Not limited on any specific location.
