# OUR NEED FOR DATA ANALYSIS
We have approximately 600,000 "ticket sales" data from a bus company's ticket sales in the last 2 years.
Each ticket contains the following information:
- Passenger ID number
- Name of the sales point where the ticket was purchased (Example: ASTI)
- ID number of the sales point where the ticket was purchased (Example: 3)
- Which route the passenger will travel on (Example: Ankara-Istanbul)
- Boarding time (Example: 22:00)
- Where the passenger will board the bus (Example: Ankara ASTI)
- Where the passenger will get off the bus (Example: Bolu)
- Travel date (Example: 2023-01-20)
We have more than 30 sales points for tickets. We group them into 3 categories:
- Our website (sales point ID 20)
- Third-party sales agencies (sales point ID 21)
- Our ticket offices (sales point IDs other than 20 and 21)
## WITH ALL THIS INFORMATION, WE ARE LOOKING FOR ANSWERS TO THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS
