The outcome of this project has to be a well drafted Power point deck that includes the following:
1. Research related data inputs and market standards on educating executives about the different forms of Customer surveys available for product firms. Also do a compare between NPS (Net promoter score) and Customer survey models (CES, NPS, and CSAT) and define which model is applicable in what scenario and what are the different outcomes of each model.
2. Define a strategic roadmap (based on secondary market research through Internet) on how the tackle the journey of customer survey and define in the roadmap as to what is realistic to achieve at certain milestones of product / services rollout.
3. Provide a draft assessment tool kit (word or excel version) to asses the readiness for roll out of the applicable customer survey model for a product / services rollout.
4. Develop a POV in the deck as to how the Customer Survey results should be incorporated in the next version of product / services and how the client / customer needs to be appraised of actions taken on their feedback.
