Role- Business Development Executive
Experience: 1-4 years in International Sales
Should have worked on oDesk, Elance, Freelancer, Guru and direct marketing channels.
Experience in handling Indian and International clients
Must be proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow ups, requirement gathering, communication link between the development team & clients.
Candidates should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets.
Identifying new business prospects from multiple sources like LinkedIn, existing database, social media research, etc.
Managing client relationships and generating new business from clients by handling complete end to end sales cycle starting from negotiation to closure.
Must be flexible in working time and should be able to make client calls even from home if required.
Experience in international markets for online and phone based prospecting.
Target oriented person to meet revenue delivery on Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly basis.
Must have Research & Development capability to generate usable marketing data leading to prospects.
Understanding of basic technology at a basic level with a capacity to fix online and phone meeting.
Must be able to contribute constructively in developing business proposals.
Must be good at preparing business development plan, sales presentations and closure.
Excellent Communication skills & attitude is must, should be able to contribute in generating content for the website and marketing collaterals.
Must have understanding of using online business directories and social media to attract business prospects.
Excellent presentation skill is a must.
1. Responsible for the complete Lead generation cycle leading successful client development.
2. Making cold calls, targeting C-level for domestic and overseas customers.
3. Participating in Relationship calls to understand and align with customers requirements and expectations.
4. Managing client relationships, ability to build the business further, lead the transition of new clients and provide opportunities of growth.
5. Accountable for sales of software services and products.
