Research Project Writing

Hello, I have been writing a research proposal for a company and got feedback from my manager and the result is that there is no logical flow, no structure and very hard to read as it is quite a technical subject. The research proposal is regarding the mobile affiliate network. Problem statement and objective: where to find and onboard new publishers to assist the advertisers. I need someone who knows about the industry. It needs to be written for someone who has 0 knowledge about the industry, therefore a high level of explanation is needed for the reader. The reader should be guided through the dissertation. Basically, any reader should be able to understand it without any preknowledge about the industry. Management summary is insufficient, several research questions are missing, the structure is missing, paragraphs need introductory sentences, answers need to be found in chapter 3 and 4 to all research questions mentioned. Justification of research methods used needs to be correct, recommendations need to be changed and more in detail. Findings of surveys and interviews need to be included in the text. Meso and Macro analysis are missing. This is just a short summary of the things that need to be done, more in-depth feedback will be given during the process. The research proposal consists of 40 pages of content excluding appendices and management summary, and table of content. Please tell me if you would like to take on this challenge. Thanks
