Technicalities Write a paper, i.e. a logical and well structured article concerning the topic, “Future of CRM in the xxx industry” Choose an empirical context, i.e. industry, company etc. Can be conducted either individually or in a group of two students, if done by two both will receive the same points while the topic is “huge” please delimit your paper to some specific area or angle you want to explore state this angle in your aim of the paper use literature, i.e. books and articles, to create a relevant theoretcal discussion for the aim of the paper Technicalities The paper shall include at least the following: Title page, incl. title of paper and author/s name Abstract Introduction Aim Theoretical discussion with references to the literature Consequences to the chosen industry, i.e. challenges and opportunities Conclusions and managerial recommendations References and possible appendixes 6-8 pages excluding title page, abstract, references and possible appendixes – “quality not quantity”
