Need help with the overall structure of the book and a little w/ the concepts.
It's a self help book to help people become more mindful, self-aware, joyful etc. Probably not to exceed 60 pages.
Structure: probably 3 main parts.
part one: relates to mindfulness and mindfulness meditation. ***would be really helpful to have someone with background in this.***
part two: relates to identifying limiting beliefs and reframing them. This part will be pretty easy for me so I probably won't need much help here.
part three: relates to finding joy, purpose in life... I probably won't need alot of help here unless I decide to include explanation of Jungian principle of synchronicity.
My plan is to follow with case studies of those who've applied the above formula. I will probably add some humor here.
I will also have section where reader creates their own "spiritual" practice to lead a (better) life.
I have questions re APA including what are and are not credible sources. i will also add inspirational quotes and need guidance as relates to permission etc on these.
I don't think grammar or punctuation will be huge issues for me. **My main need is help with the structure in part one.***
