2000 Word Travel & Tourism Destination Management Action Plan

Hi there I am a verified employer on Freelancer. I have attached PROOF of how much money I have deposited in my account. It's not yet transferred to any milestone but this with the combination of the fact I am verified shows i am a trustworthy member. I have been scammed 3 times now, twice with low quality writing which makes no logical sense and is generalised and broad.
