Supplier / Wholesaler signups req for new web portal

I am looking for a provider to research and locate airport shuttle services throughout North America, Australia and New Zealand.

Your duty will be to make contact with these carriers in a non invasive way and sign them up to our web portal. A full idea will be provided in interview but our service allows passengers to search where they need to get to to and from the airport. It then lists all carriers in our database by price and allows for an online booking.

It will be your responsibility to:

-Make a list of prospects (basic list of 5-6 will be provided)

-Make contact with these prospects; get them interested

-Ensure their signup. There is no cost for them to be listed. We only charge for bookings we make

-Ensure that our system for taking reservations is compatible for them. Basic coding processes can be implemented to make sure of this. At current we simply e-mail a list of daily orders and take no orders with less than 24 hours notice.

As this is a new technology we lack any form of traffic or bookings. This will be your biggest challenge, we are yet to launch. To make things easier, all commissions on our part will be waived for the first 30 days once the website is live.

I imagine it will take multiple contacts to sell a client. I am not looking for underhanded, fast sales. I want meaningful, lasting relationship with these suppliers. Take in their feedback and suggestions. These clients mean something to me (and thus, to you too). Get the clients interested in our technology is a big +.

Initially, we will likely be pre-listing people before our launch. Until I get multiple suppliers on board the website will not launch.

How you will approach and close these clients is a big + to me. Are you going to cold call and sell on the spot or e-mail them asking for a telephone appointment? Consider this and mention it in your bid of potential interview.

Due to the nature of this position, perfect English (both written and spoken) is required. Should you be successful we will call you to ensure you do have American English verbally. I am happy to provide a VOIP service to you if it is currently unavailable. 2nd rate internet / voip services will not be accepted.

I am willing to hire based off hourly rates of per vendor you sign up. Vendors will be required to sign a document to ensure they are real. If paid hourly, I will likely hire you for a 10 hour block and work from there to ensure you are able at the job. Lists musts be completed with the leads you generated, dates of contact and whether they ultimately buy.

I can go hourly as well and I will work a full 8 to 12 hour day. I worked in the hospitality business for years and I love dealing with people without being pushy or phony.
