Internet-only PR wanted for Chinese medical conference

Please read the content of this bid carefully. If you submit some cookie-cutter bid that has stuff in it we don't want, you will be automatically disqualified. I represent two American surgeons who have done several successful medical conferences in China over the past two years. They would like some assistance with publicity for their next upcoming conference, specifically in some online chat rooms that are dedicated to the topics of the conference. You can only get into these chatrooms from a .cn domain, so it is not somewhere that we can reach from where we are located. Note we do NOT want press releases, newspaper articles, radio time, or TV time. We only want an internet campaign (possibly google/baidu) and chat room posting / monitoring.
