I am looking for a virtual assistant to help with the following:
1) Search for speaking opportunities at U.S. conferences by visiting websites like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and using Google Alerts in the following areas:
a. Small Business
b. Entrepreneurship
c. Social Media Marketing
d. Content marketing
e. Motivational, leadership, achievement, peak performance
2) Create a list of meeting planners from national associations in the United States of America.
3) Send/email speaking proposals on my behalf to the meeting planners and conference organizers after I've approved them.
4) Review online business news from Bloomberg and Reuters one day per week (Sunday or Monday) and summarize business articles into 3-5 points so I can use to send to media outlets.
5) To handle my calendar and schedule for speeches, appointments etc.
