Need a jasper report template to be called from Oracle APEX -- 2

I have an Oracle APEX application and I need to design reports for it.

I decided to user jasper report tool for my reports.

To do that I need five templates which I can use to design my reports.

Because my application used by multi clients, each client will have his company name, company logo ,address information , phone number and so on.

To make my reports dynamic (each client saw the reports with his logo and his information), jasper report templates must have a dynamic header and footer which get its information from BLOB column and some fields in the database corresponding to the client info.

I need one portrait template can be used for invoices ,PO , employee pin slip and so on.

another portrait template used for general reports like employee monthly salary reports and so on.

Third and forth template is same for above but in landscape.

Finally need template for barcode label print with size 38mm X 25mm.

You will design also the Oracle APEX page that will (open) the jasper report and another page for testing to call report.

you must give me facility to choose the output format (pdf, word , ...) and also give me facility to open the print dialog window direct after call the report( optional setting and give me control for it to open or not)
