I would like to hire a Solid Works Designer

I am Building an Electric skateboard and need a 3D model of an aluminum box which will hold the electrical equipment to the bottom of the deck. The deck of the board is 9 inches wide so the container cannot be wider than that and needs to have a flange around the base of the box which needs 6 holes for mounting it to the deck, one in each corner and two in the middle of the longer sides. the box can't be more than 4 inches deep, else it will scratch the floor. A good size would be around 7 by 9 by 2.5 inches. The box needs to look nice but have a very simple design so maybe one solid aluminum sheet with curved edges would look nice. However the skateboard deck is also curved, so if the center of the deck is 4.5 inches from the edge, .5 inches from the center has a drop of 20mm, 1.5 inches from the center has a drop of 30mm, and 2.5 inches from the center has a drop of 60 mm. On one of the 7 inch sides, there has to be 4 holes, towards the left corner if looking at the side head on, for cables to go through to the motor, each hole has to be .5 inches wide with small gap in between each hole.
