All parts are surface-mount, so component placement, routing, and clearances must respect standard SMT design rules and good DFM practice for automated assembly. You will take my schematic file (Altium format, with PDF backup) and turn it into: • Optimised board outline that fits the target enclosure • Layer stack-up and controlled-impedance traces where required • Carefully arranged SMT footprints, silkscreen, and reference designators • Gerber, drill, pick-and-place, and centroid files ready for any mainstream PCB house • Updated BOM with manufacturer part numbers and assembly notes If you can also advise on panelisation or help place the first fabrication order, let me know—that would be a plus but not mandatory. Accuracy, tidy routing, and clear documentation are the key acceptance criteria. I expect to review PDFs or 3D renders of the board before we finalise the output files, so please factor at least one feedback round into your timeline.
