Hi to all
an easy one for the architectural heads, as most of your detail is already included into photo img for you to pull out and redraw with cad
i have a job where i need to superimpose a staircase onto a space, the area in question is jpg A and jpg B,
The space is a lower basement and as you can see looks up onto a railing on the road where we will put an entrance gate but you will then step immediately onto a staircase so at that same level you will need a handrail on each side of the wall,
the staircase will be similar to the existing wooden one in its place but it will need a handrail with infill bars going down it. the handrail will commence at the top of the wall. The angle will be less sharp than the wooden one, less than 42'
jpg 11, 22, 33 are the kind of staircase going in its place. 44 is a jpg of treads and stringer
the wall height is 2100mm and the width of the area is 2865mm
the staircase will be approx 700mm wide and will stop approx 900mm away from the wall on the right
On this staircase the minimum going is 220 and the rise will be 196mm with a pitch less 42 degrees, these meet planning regs on a private staircase only designed for use as a fire escape on a private house.
thanks, a few different views will be super, say a side on view which shows staircase going down with the steps and handrail and perhaps a top view
