Create a 3D relief model from photograph - repost

Would like to turn a photograph in to a 3D relief model.

The photograph is of a person and will be in the exact pose for the relief model.

The model must be modifiable in Solidworks.

Here is an example, we have about 15-20 different characters ranging from Jazz players to Exotic Dancers.

The typical figure size will be 6ft (2m) tall and have a depth of 3" to 4"
