1. Required IT Talent Acquisition professional with minimum 4 years experience. 2. Sourcing the relevant profiles through data banks, job portals, head hunting, social networks and references. 3. Should be able to search candidate from LinkedIn also. 4. Briefing about the roles and responsibilities, compensation etc. 5. Should have good English - written and speaking . 6. Should be able to judge candidate English speaking and writing capability. 7. Capable of mapping the candidate profile as per JD given. 8. Should have hired persons for social media, IT developer, etc. 9. Should be able to articulate our company profile and attract candidates for our organisation. 10. It is not a permanent job, so person should have bandwidth to spend 2-3 hours daily as and when required.
