I’m looking for freelance recruiters who already work to U.S. hiring standards and can jump straight into two fast-moving pipelines: Technology – Software Developers, Project Managers and IT Support Specialists Finance – Accountants, Financial Analysts and Compliance Officers You’ll take each requisition from sourcing to shortlist, respecting EEOC guidelines, state-specific compliance, and the candidate experience U.S. professionals now expect. LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and an ATS such as Greenhouse, Lever or Workday should feel second nature to you, and your communication needs to be crisp and data-driven so my team can move quickly on every hire. Acceptance criteria: • At least five interview-ready candidates per role delivered on the agreed timeline • Complete notes on skills, salary range, availability and relocation/visa status in our shared tracker • A brief written status update plus a 15-minute check-in call each week until the role is closed If you thrive on proactive outreach and know how to keep both hiring managers and candidates informed at every step, I’d like to work with you.
