Commission-Only B2B Sales – UK Recruitment Agencies I’m looking for a freelance salesperson to bring me actual paying clients, not just provide lead lists. I’m selling an AI-powered recruitment automation system for small UK recruitment agencies. What the system does The system can: - Search for candidates using plain-English instructions, for example: “Find mortgage advisers in Manchester with CeMAP and 2+ years of experience” - Use AI to research and shortlist candidates against specific requirements - Help automate candidate sourcing and research - Automate outbound campaigns - Run email outreach - Run SMS outreach - Support cold outreach workflows and follow-ups - Reduce repetitive recruitment admin and manual searching The main value is helping recruitment agencies spend less time manually searching, researching and contacting candidates. Your job You will: - Find suitable UK recruitment agencies - Contact founders, owners and Managing Directors yourself - Use AI to research each company and write personalised outreach - Humanise every message so it does not sound AI-generated - Explain the system clearly to prospects - Show them how it could help their recruitment workflow - Follow up with interested prospects - Work towards bringing in an actual paying client This is not a lead-generation-only role. I do not want lists of people for me to contact. You need to actively approach prospects and sell the service. I can step in for technical questions, demos or final closing when needed. Payment Commission only. No upfront payment. You are paid only after a client you sourced pays me and the payment has cleared. Commission: 25% of the client’s first payment, up to £100 per client. No paying client = no commission.
