Project Description: I'm looking to schedule individual 1-hour paid consultation calls with up to 5 experienced freelance recruiters based in the USA. Requirements: Must be located in the USA (not India, Taiwan, or other countries) Must be an outbound recruiter — you actively source and contact candidates, not just review inbound resumes Must have real job descriptions from past recruiting work that you can reference during the call Available for a 60-minute video call within the next week Comfortable being recorded (for internal research purposes only, not shared publicly) What this is: We are conducting user research on a recruiting tool we are building. This is not a traditional freelance task — you are being paid for your time, expertise, and honest feedback. During the call, we will ask you to: Use a real job description from your past work inside our tool, and attempt to search for matching candidates on your own Review the candidate results and tell us honestly — do these candidates match what you would actually look for? Would you consider them qualified? Share your overall opinion of the tool — would you use it in your work or not, and why Your perspective as a working recruiter is exactly what we need. There are no right or wrong answers — honest criticism is more valuable to us than positive feedback.
