Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Identify and source qualified PhD candidates from institutions within the QS World University Rankings (Top 200), excluding China-based universities, in the following fields: Artificial Intelligence (AI) High-Tech Engineering Environmental Sciences Automation & Robotics New Energy & Renewable Energy Nanotechnology Biotechnology and related interdisciplinary fields PHD Candidate Screening: Evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the following key requirements: PhD degree in one of the listed fields Minimum of 3 years of full-time professional experience after PhD graduation, with no career interruptions Strong experience in R&D, applied research, or industrial innovation Proven research output such as patents or high-impact publications Age below 40 years Recruitment Process Management: Present a minimum of 10 qualified PhD resumes per week. Ensure candidates fill our application forms ( template will be provided) Positions in China (onsite, remote, or hybrid, depending on the role).
