Project Overview: The primary objective of this project is to assist in identifying and shortlisting suitable candidates for open roles by conducting initial outreach and screening. The freelancer will act as a key point of contact between potential candidates and our internal team, ensuring a smooth and professional interaction experience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates based on the provided database or sourcing channels. Clearly communicate the job role, responsibilities, and expectations to candidates. Assess candidate interest, availability, and basic qualification fit through structured conversations. Maintain accurate records of candidate responses and feedback. Shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria and share the list with the hiring team. Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely communication with candidates. Uphold professionalism and represent the organization positively during all interactions. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Prior experience in recruitment coordination, telecalling, or HR support is preferred. Ability to handle multiple candidates efficiently and maintain organized records. Strong interpersonal skills and a candidate-friendly approach. Access to a reliable phone/internet connection for communication. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Project Duration: This is a freelance, project-based engagement with a flexible timeline depending on hiring needs .
