Help with Recruitment Indonesian Virtual Assistant / Recruiter / Recruitment Support

I work with a client who is in Bali at the moment and who wants to get some virtual staff in place, so what is needed is a professional local who knows Bahasa and the customs to virtually advertise for the jobs on offer on various Indonesian websites, forums, news papers and bulletin boards plus social media platforms and deal with all incoming inquiries, virtually interview (Skype) them to be sure they are good candidates, then arrange for an in person interview with the client in Denpasar.

The company is an international company not a Balinese company, so once training concludes the employees/contractors will work from their own homes.

You will also have to give and receive a few online tests to the candidates to ensure that they have the English, typing, cognitive and good-fit skills the company is looking for. You will do this with the candidates you shortlist and interview those who pass the minimum requirements set out by the client.

You will have to maintain a spreadsheet that adequately and accurately shows sheet a: how many applicants, where applicants are coming from, number shortlisted and number interviewed. sheet b: would contain all the applicant summaries so that you can properly track where you are with each.

Finally we will provide a business email address for you to use so that once the recruiting is finished you will not have to deal with all the issues of still receiving applications.

The company is prepared to offer 200,000Rp for call credit and funds to buy a local SIM specifically for this task to prevent further calls in future. You will need an extra phone handset of your own to ensure that the phone is in use all the time and professionally answered by you when applicants call in.

The jobs on offer all require phone, email, social media work, excellent English written and spoken (6 jobs in total are on offer) . The candidates will work at home with a 1.5-2juta salary, virtual assistant type work. There will be 1-2 weeks of in person training after recruitment in Denpasar.)

You will need to provide a daily report and we expect the recruiting process to take 7-10 days. You will need to work on this for some time each day not just business days.
