Project Description We are an international job platform designed to connect top overseas talent with employers in China. Our platform is now ready for promotion, and we are seeking a highly experienced freelancer to source, attract, and onboard qualified overseas professionals onto our platform. All interested talents must complete registration and signup on our platform in order to be counted. This project is strictly focused on platform signups from qualified candidates, not general leads or mailing lists. Registration on the platform will be 100% free from February to June 2026. Target Talent Profile (Strict Requirements) The freelancer must bring real, verified overseas talents who meet the following criteria: Education level: MBA, Masters, or PhD only University: QS World University Rankings – Top 500 preferred Fields: High-tech industries (AI, engineering, IT, data science, biotech, etc.) Education / academic-related fields Location: Overseas / international candidates / expats Interest: Willing to connect with employers in China Candidates outside these criteria will not be accepted. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will be responsible for: Developing and submitting a detailed recruitment and outreach strategy Attracting overseas talent through professional, academic, and expat networks Ensuring each candidate completes signup on our platform Driving consistent, high-quality candidate acquisition Maintaining quality standards and candidate eligibility Performance Targets (Mandatory) Minimum of 100 qualified candidate signups per week Weekly performance reporting including: Number of completed signups Education level and degree University ranking Field of expertise Candidate country/location If you cannot meet this target, please do not apply.
