A rapid expansion across our logistics and delivery network has created an immediate need for extra hands in talent acquisition. The main role I need to fill right now is that of a Freelancer Recruiter Vendor who can take charge of sourcing, screening, and onboarding large cohorts of candidates. The bulk of the volume is for Delivery Partners, yet there is a simultaneous requirement to staff remote-based Recruitment positions that support our in-house hiring engine. The work sits squarely in the Logistics and Delivery industry, so familiarity with last-mile operations, rider networks, background-check workflows, and high-turnover environments will prove valuable. Day-to-day activity will involve publishing ads on mainstream job boards, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter or similar search tools, and maintaining an orderly funnel inside any cloud ATS you are comfortable with. Regular coordination with my team happens over Slack and Google Meet; quick turnaround on status updates is essential. Deliverables (acceptance criteria) • A mutually agreed weekly report that tracks source mix, pipeline health, and candidate drop-off points • End-to-end handling of each candidate up to the point of signed contract and verified credentials • On-call support during onboarding days to troubleshoot documentation, app activation, or payroll queries Success is measured by hitting the monthly head-count targets without compromising candidate quality or compliance standards.
