Software Company Logo and Brand Identity Development

We are a software company, specialising in data, looking to rebrand. Our academy appeals to a younger audience, interested in studying data science and data engineering. The rest of our company appeal to businesses that make use of the various data-driven services we offer.
We need a complete brand guideline with the following new elements:
Logo:
We need to develop a new, modern, minimalistic logo that's in line with our brand personality, with a strong focus on conceptual design and a clear message. It's important to design a logo symbol/icon that's part of the logo, but can be used independently. We need clear logo usage guidelines with dos and don'ts. We also need additional logos for the various business units within our company, as well as the working files and clear guidelines for logo development of future business units.
Colour palette and colour usage:
We need a new vibrant colour palette with easy to use colour combinations that pass the accessibility contrast checker. We need variations of blue for the primary colours, and yellow/orange for the secondary colour. For the tertiary palette, we need a variety of vibrant colours for e-learning content creation, motion graphics and social media content.
Fonts and typography:
Some guidance on rules for using our primary font family, and potentially incorporating a serif font as a secondary, highlighting font.
Imagery/shape:
We want to incorporate geometric background/accent shapes into our brand identity and designs. They should be intentional and come from the brand story.
Iconography:
We need guidance on an icon style that aligns with the rest of the brand, as well as easy to follow guidelines for designing new icons for e-learning and social media content.
Phase 2:
Once the brand guide is finalised, we would like to develop templates for social media posts, presentations in Google Slides, letterheads and email signatures.
A full brief with all the details, requirements and examples of the look and feel we're going for will be shared and discussed in a meeting with the designer.
