I’m looking for an extra set of capable hands to keep my real-estate deals moving. You’ll step in at the point where offers start flying, making sure every document is spotless and every party gets the right information fast. Here’s what the workflow looks like: • Offer review: You'll use the tools that will create a concise summary of strengths, weaknesses, and red-flag items. You're job is to run the offers through the tools, and pay attention to the details. Learn to spot when something is off. • Inquiry replies: When buyers’ agents or clients fire off questions, you’ll draft clear, professional responses. Speed and accuracy are everything here. We have templates for most of it. We'll teach you to use gemini ai to help draft the right response. • DocuSign prep: Once we’re set to proceed, you’ll build the DocuSign envelope and route it. Admittedly this is the most detail oriented part of the work. We'll train you but you MUST be a details person. No guessing here. No faking you're a details person either. This is where it reveals either ARE or ARE NOT capable of managing the details of the deal. (we have Ai tools to keep you organized, but you have to apply those pesky details to the docusign package.) All required software accounts, templates, and comparison sheets are already in place; you just plug in, follow my process, and keep the work moving along. I value an avid learner, zero ego, commitment to improvement, and grit. No one operates error-free, but we must learn from our mistakes and become the best we can be at any role.
